Our Tunis center is looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and support our marketing efforts across digital, offline, and event-based channels.

Role Overview

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing marketing activities that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support enrollment goals. This is a full-scope position, giving you exposure to digital campaigns, offline/local marketing initiatives, and on-ground events — ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad, hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google/Meta ads, email marketing)
• Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
• Coordinate offline marketing activities: flyers, local partnerships, in-center promotions, signage
• Help organize and staff promotional events, open days, and community activities
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are followed up effectively
• Support the maintenance of marketing materials and brand consistency across channels
• Conduct basic competitor and market monitoring in the Tunis area

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships count)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Basic understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
• Good written and spoken French and English; is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
